Most Americans favor abortion laws, and want to see abortion restricted heavily to emergency cases or ended completely. And most states have laws that are moving toward that goal. But did you know that in our nation’s capital of Washington, D.C., that abortion is legal for any reason up to the moment of birth? There is not one single abortion law in D.C. at this moment. A bill scheduled for a vote today could change all that. “…the District of Columbia Pain-Capable Unborn Child Protection Act (H.R. 3803), is scheduled to be voted on by the House Judiciary Committee on Wednesday, July 18. The measure is important because the District of Columbia has no abortion law — meaning abortions are legal up to birth for any reason.” Click here for original article.

It’s not often that I simply reprint another article and ask you to read it. But when a highly respected conservative leader in our nation writes something that I believe represents the popular opinion of people while dispelling false notions and stereotypes I just can’t help myself. So it is with this recent article by Live Action president Lila Rose.
Have you heard the new “trending” topic related to abortion? It’s called “after-birth abortion.” You might be wondering what this is, or maybe you already know and don’t want to admit that this could actually be endorsed by any rational human being. Yet, here we are, having this discussion and talking about “after-birth abortion,” Or, as I prefer to call it because it is more honest, infanticide.
Martinsburg, WV – Initially I was going to share my own commentary on this article. But it is so well-written that I want to simply pass it along to you and ask you to read it. Lifenews.com contributor

everyone else in the “real” world have personal issues that can haunt them; decisions that they regret.
Now that the legislative session is over, I’m trying to remember what it was I did every day when I didn’t have to be at the Capitol lobbying. Bear with me. I’ll figure this out again.
