Martinsburg, WV – Americans don’t want to see their hard earned money funneled to a corrupt organization like Planned Parenthood (PP). AS a nation the majority of Americana re pro-life, and an even greater majority doesn’t believe a “non-profit” abortion business should be allowed to receive federal funds. Yet the Obama administration continues to give Planned Parenthood more money each year despite public outrage; without ever holding PP accountable for illegal activities.
A new report compiled by the Susan B. Anthony List (SBA) in partnership with the Alliance Defense Fund (ADF) seeks to provide concrete evidence of the abuse, waste, and fraud of PP as they urge Congress to hold PP accountable for the misuses of tax payer funds.
The document, titled “Data and Summary of Planned Parenthood’s Waste, Abuse, and Potential Fraud,” is scheduled to be released later today in conjunction with ADF president Alan Sears’ appearance on Congress to document the illegal activity and ask for government accountability. On a conference call earlier today I head from top executives at SBA and ADF on the need for this report and an accounting by PP for their activities.
What I, and many others cannot come to grips with is the fact that an organization as corrupt as PP has been shown to violate the law, skirt the law, ignore the law, and do everything in their power to get around state and federal laws – all while using our tax money to do it – and yet Congress seems uninterested in holding them accountable; and the Obama administration keeps throwing money at them.
